   Fabric Selection

   Fabric is selected according to the garment type, usage, durability, comfort, and approved specifications.

   Sample Development

   Samples can be developed for design, fitting, colour, fabric quality, and size approval before bulk production.

   Pattern & Cutting

   Approved specifications are converted into production patterns and cutting requirements.

   Stitching & Assembly

   Garments are assembled according to the approved construction, measurements, and production specifications.

   Branding & Embroidery

   Logos, embroidery, and other branding elements are applied according to the approved design.

   Quality Inspection

   Garments are inspected for measurements, stitching, finishing, colour consistency, and other agreed specifications.

   Packing & Delivery

   Completed garments are packed according to the order requirements and prepared for bulk dispatch.
